Proposal Requirements
Submit a proposal (350-500 words) including:
+Detailed description of project
-Step by step process, list required staff/time commitment
+Need for project (data driven)
+Anticipated outcome and benefit to children
+Evidence base for anticipated effectiveness
+Specific timeline (clearly outlined)
+Detailed budget/funding rationale
