the application of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act

The workshop will describe how the medications are used with children & adolescents,
discuss potential hazards and side effects associated with psychotropic medications
having the "black box" warning and medications labeled with the "black box"
warning, etc.
Advanced Workshop on the Assessment of Adaptive Behavior,

This workshop discusses professional and legal requirements, identifies commonly
used measures of adaptive behavior, identifies clinical cases, identifies adaptive
skill profiles associated with common disabilities seen by school psychologists,
and discusses ways to best interpret information from the ABAS-II.
